MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Having more than 1 account is strictly forbidden! One account per player only. If Support Staff discover you are playing with more than one account, then all accounts including the supporting accounts will be banned without a refund of the account balance.

SHARED COMPUTERS
One account per computer only! Accounts from the same computer will be flagged. Support Staff do have the right to ban all accounts from the same computer as this will most likely be seen as having multiple accounts. It is advised to not play on a friend's computer that is also playing the game as both accounts will be banned. Excuses will not be tolerated. Support Staff are not responsible for players having only one computer in a household of more than 1 player! If your roommate, friend, or family member want to play but an account has already been created on that computer, then unfortunately they are not allowed to play unless they play only from a computer elsewhere not being used to play another account on the game.

SHARING ACCOUNTS
Sharing an account with another player is strictly forbidden! You are not allowed to log in and/or play another person's account and no one other than you is allowed to log in and/or play your account.

ACCOUNTS USING DUPLICATE IP's / HIDING IP'S OR PROXY SERVERS
No account will be banned for sharing an IP address, but will be removed for sharing the same computer. Any accounts sharing IP addresses must not send money or equipment to each other as this will show up as duplicate accounts. If more than one account is on the same IP address and is believed to be the same person playing more than one account, all accounts will be removed and permanently banned. Players hiding their ip address or using proxy servers will show up as multiple accounts and will be removed as suspect accounts.

OUTSIDE PROGRAMS & BUGS
Attempting to exploit a security flaw, bug, or error will get you banned! This includes using BOT's of any kind. Using an Auto Refresh program is not tolerated. This puts unecessary activity on the server and ultimately site speed. If you are found using Auto Refresh then you risk being banned permanently. Report all bugs, glitches, errors or anything you think you may have found which is not correct by submitting a Support Ticket immediately. If Support Staff are not aware of the issue and can re-create the problem and find it to be a legitimate issue, you may be rewarded with Free Turns. The amount of turns, if any, are decided upon by the member of Support Staff handling the problem. Any player found exploiting a bug or glitch will be banned from the site and any turns purchased for that account will be forfeited by the player.

SPAMMING
No excessive posts or messages to other players, advertising a product/service or excessive posting of irrelevant messages. Do not post any link to other games on any part of the site. You may discuss other games via private messaging only but may not provide a referral link or game link of any kind. Anyone found spamming; sending or posting any kind of messages that harm the game will be banned! This is out of courtesy to the game developers and your fellow players. If you are banned for spamming, you immediately forfeit the right to any turns and/or subscription you have bought for yourself or another bought for you.

PROFANITY / HATE MESSAGES
We would prefer that you refrain from the use of profanity. The use of profanity anywhere in the game is to be used at your own discretion. Hate messages towards a particular group, race, religion, sex, ethnicity, culture and/or country is not allowed! Sexual comments, racist comments, and real life threats are not allowed anywhere on Black Aftermath and will not be tolerated. You are not to threaten any sexual conduct with a player or their family member. (This last bit is intended only for the extreme comments which take it too far). What Support Staff deem as unnecessary and/or excessive profanity will result in punishment which is determined by Staff.

PUBLICLY POSTING PLAYER / SYNDICATE DETAILS
You are not allowed to post any player or syndicate statistics including your own or your syndicates. Statistics not allowed are those that cannot be visibly seen by all players (i.e. number of Mercenaries, turns, attack logs, etc).

Do not post complaints on any of the Forum Boards, Black Aftermath Chat, Zero In or any other publicly viewed area of the site. Mass messaging other players with the sole intention of spamming your complaint is not allowed!

PLAYER GAME NAMES & PROFILES
Game names must not include profanity, vulgarity or insult any particular player, syndicate, group, race, religion, sex, ethnicity, culture and/or country. Game names may not confuse other players into thinking you may be staff or a testing account. Supporters have the ability to reserve game names but reserved game names must not be in violation of any of the above rules. You may not purposely reserve a game name in an attempt to block a player from using their own game name, this is not what the feature is for and will not be allowed. Support staff have the final say in what is deemed unacceptable in accordance with these rules.

Player profiles must not contain any unsuitable material that is vulgar, obscene, racist, abusive, threatening, or pornographic. If you have profile that violates the Game Rules, Support Staff have the right to enforce punishment however they deem necessary.

SYNDICATE NAMES / MEDIA & ICONS
Syndicate names, media and/or icons must not include profanity, vulgarity or insult any particular player, syndicate, group, race, religion, sex, ethnicity, culture and/or country. Syndicate names, media and/or icons must not contain any unsuitable material that is vulgar, obscene, racist, abusive, threatening, or pornographic. Deliberately taking any known syndicate's name, media and/or icon with the sole intention of disgracing the name and the members of that syndicate are not allowed! Syndicate names, media and/or icons with the sole intention of confusing players is not allowed. If found using a syndicate name, media and/or icon that Support Staff deem unacceptable, then the syndicate may be disbanned and the players responsible for violating these rules may be banned from game play. Every syndicate must have a unique icon! Icons that are published with the sole intent to confuse players are not allowed. Syndicate Director's, Co-Director's and Consul are responsible for their syndicate media and icons. Staff has the right to disban a syndicate if the syndicate name or icon is in violation of these rules. Support staff have the final say in what is deemed unacceptable in accordance with these rules.

SYNDICATE EXTENSIONS
You are free to have alliances, no attack pacts and/or syndicate extensions; however, you are not allowed to have more than 3 extensions per syndicate. Allies and extensions must have a unique icon and name. The extension syndicate name may include a common name. No more than 4 syndicates may have a name containing a common name. Each syndicate is responsible for following these rules. If Support Staff find you have violated these rules, then all syndicate extensions may be disbanned.

MANIPULATING THE RANKS
Players are not allowed to manipulate game ranks by attempting to win a rank by playing the game in way that Support Staff does not deem to be the appropriate way of obtaining that rank. Some examples of this would be to use revenges to get around a no transfer rule or to increase your killer or hacker rank, or selling guns prior to an attack to allow your units to be killed easily. This is not allowed. If you are found to be in violation of this rule, then Support Staff have the right to enforce punishment as they see fit, which can include permanently banning your account from game play. If you manipulate the killer ranks your amount of kills will be reset to 0. All examples can not be included fully within this rule, if you are unsure if what you're doing could be considered manipulating the ranks you should ask support staff.

NOOBVILLE
Players are not allowed to send any money to a player in Noobville for the purpose of hiding money from the general population. The only reasons to send a transfer to a player in Noobville is so that player can use it to train, purchase equipment, get units out of the hospital and/or range another player in Noobville. If you want a new player to hold a substantial amount of money for you, they need to first travel outside of Noobville. If support staff find that you have violated this rule, then support staff have the right to enforce punishment as they see fit, which can include permanently banning your account from the game.

COMMON SENSE & FAIR PLAY
The rules outlined are enforced in an effort to maintain fair game play and provide everybody with a fun gaming environment. Common sense must be used when playing Black Aftermath. If you think you are doing something you shouldn't whether outlined in these rules or not, then you probably shouldn't. Support Staff have the right to punish any player that is not playing the game fairly.

FRAUD
If you are caught using a stolen credit card or a PayPal account that is not your registered account to purchase turns and/or a subscription, you will be banned from the game permanently and legal charges will be brought against you.

PRIZES
Game prizes are rewarded as stated for each particular round. Any request to replace or substitute a Supporter prize must be sent to an Administrator. Administrators may approve or deny such requests without question. Replacement or substitution prizes will not exceed the value of the stated prize.

NEW ACCOUNTS
You may create a new account only if: you have not logged into the current round playing with your existing account, the new account will be your only active account and you will no longer log into any previous accounts, you have not been banned from the game in the past, and you do not expect any Reserve, Free and/or Supporter turns and/or Subscriptions to be transferred to the new account. If you do not meet all of the above requirements then you are not allowed to create a new account.

New accounts cannot be created using an IP which has been denied access. If you are unable to create a new account because you have an IP that is banned, please contact Support at support@blackaftermath.com.

ALTERING ACCOUNTS
All actions in the game are final. Accounts will not be altered by Staff to change any aspect of a persons account whether it be transferring of turns from reserves, bought, supporter or free turns. At no time will accounts be altered to change the networth of a player, unless they were attacked and/or hacked by a banned player.

If a player is banned from the game for having multiple accounts and/or cheating, any players attacked and/or hacked by the banned player have to notify Support Staff for replenishment of lost assets (i.e. units, cash and equipment). Staff must be notified within 24 hours of the last attack or hack by the banned player. Players will only be compensated for exactly what was stolen or killed. Any attacks on a banned player whether a fresh attack or revenge, will not be compensated for lost assets. If you have attacked a player who has been caught cheating, then the money, equipment, etc. stolen from the banned account is considered to be "bad assets" and will be removed from your account.

COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with an aspect of the game, please submit a Support Ticket with the details of your complaint. Staff will deal with complaints although irrational and/or unsubstantiated complaints will be deleted.

Do not post complaints on any of the Forum Boards, Black Aftermath Chat, Zero In or any other publicly viewed area of the site. Mass messaging other players with the sole intention of spamming your complaint is not allowed!

RESPECT FOR SUPPORT STAFF
Under no circumstances will rude, abusive, threatening behavior directed towards Support Staff be tolerated by any player. Support Staff including the member of Staff being verbally abused or threatened, have the right to punish any player not abiding by this rule.

VIOLATING GAME RULES
When playing Black Aftermath you must obey all of the Game Rules. No players are excused from following every rule outlined.
Black Aftermath Support Staff reserve the right to enforce punishment for violating any Game Rule at any time without question. Whether or not you have violated the Game Rules is at the discretion of Support Staff. If you are suspect to violating the Game Rules outlined, Support Staff will investigate your account.

If you are found to be violating the Game Rules, you may be warned, have your posting priviledges banned, your account banned for the remainder of the round and/or your account and IP permanently banned. If you have a subscription and/or supporter turns and have been found violating the Game Rules, you forfeit your turns and/or subscription and no refund will be given on your account balance. If you have purchased turns or a subscription for a banned player, no refund will be given.

If you have been punished for not abiding by any of the Game Rules, please submit a Support Ticket with a valid excuse and information validating your excuse. If you feel you have been unfairly banned from the game, you can contact Support Staff at support@blackaftermath.com. Support Staff may or may not alter your punishment, but are under no obligation to whatsoever. Be advised that Support Staff does not need to provide any in depth reasoning for any decision that they enforce.

GAME RULE REVISIONS & UPDATES
Be advised that all rules may be updated or changed by Black Aftermath Support Staff at any time without notice as the rules have been outlined to keep the game fair and enjoyable. If you choose to play Black Aftermath, then it is your responsibility to read and obey the Game Rules at all times. If any of the rules are unclear, then please open a Support Ticket. Black Aftermath Staff are strict on enforcing the Game Rules and will not accept any excuse of not knowing the rules of the game.
